You can ring us Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for further information or to speak to an Adviser in confidence about any query you may have.  

If you leave a message outside these hours we will call you back.

You are welcome to have a chat with one of our Advisers without making a commitment to try and quit.  This will help you decide if it’s the right time for you to make a serious attempt to stop smoking and will give you the reassurance that you will be given the support that will make all the difference.
