Quit4Life are proud to be one of the first "e-cigarette and vaping friendly" NHS stop smoking services in the country.

Whether you quit smoking using traditional medication or an Vape, evidence shows that you have a much better chance of quitting with the support of Quit4Life.

The latest advice from Public Health England (February 2018 Report) is that vape/e-cigarette use is around 95% less harmful to health than smoking.

The report encourages smokers who want to use Vape as an aid to quit smoking to seek the support of their local stop smoking service.

If you are keen to stop smoking and thinking about using a vape, or are using one already, please speak to one of our advisers.

We can offer support and advice to beat the habit as well as help make sure any medical conditions are monitored. We will work with you and your GP or other care provider to manage any health related changes from quitting with your Vape.

Weekly contact with your adviser along with regular carbon monoxide readings until at least four weeks beyond your quit date will help you through the first weeks without a puff on a cigarette.
