Quit and Get Fit with Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service

Quit and Get Fit is an innovative 10 week programme run in partnership with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. It offers support and medications to stop smoking, followed by a fitness session led by the firefighters. We have run successful courses in Rushmoor, Havant, Eastleigh and Basingstoke, which provided a unique opportunity for local people to stop smoking, get fitter and feel better. See what the participants had to say about Quit and Get Fit when they were interviewed for a TV programme here.

Quit and Get Fit - Winchester Walking Group

Quit4Life partnered with Winchester City Council to offer stop smoking help and support, followed by a healthy walk around the beautiful Winchester countryside. Read the group's success story here.
