Quit and Get Fit is an innovative 10 week programme run in partnership with Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. It offers support and medications to stop smoking, followed by a fitness session led by the firefighters. We have run successful courses in Rushmoor, Havant, Eastleigh and Basingstoke, which provided a unique opportunity for local people to stop smoking, get fitter and feel better.
