The solution

Our professional advisers have a wide experience of helping people to quit and understand the difficulties as well as the support required to succeed.

We provide FREE quit sessions in your own workplace.
All that we ask is that groups contain at least eight employees.
The sessions typically run for up to eight weeks and provide friendly, informal and non-judgemental support.
Our advisers supply products to help your staff stop smoking - either at the session or via GP letter.
