There is a wide range of different treatments available that can double your chances of quitting. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) replaces about a third of the nicotine gained from smoking cigarettes, but without the harmful chemicals such as carbon monoxide or tar. It can help to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, but it is not a miracle cure or a replacement of the need for willpower. There are also two prescription drug therapies available - Champix and Zyban.
The products below are all available on prescription, but the choices can be confusing. We recommend that you talk to us about the options available, and the best way to do this is to attend one of our FREE quit smoking sessions. To find out more about a session near you, and how you can receive a FREE eight week supply of NRT, click here.
